Grievance

“Your grievance isn’t ‘complaining’ — it’s exercising your right to a fair education.”
A Grievance Cell is a formal body set up by ZEMS to:
  • Listen to student complaints (academic, hostel, fees, harassment, facilities, etc.)
  • Investigate issues fairly and impartially
  • Suggest and implement appropriate solutions
  • Maintain transparency and accountability
Common Issues Handled

  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Hostel, food, or amenities problems
  • Fee disputes or refunds
