Grievance Cell is a formal body set up by
ZEMS to:
- Listen to student complaints (academic, hostel, fees, harassment, facilities, etc.)
- Investigate issues fairly and impartially
- Suggest and implement appropriate solutions
- Maintain transparency and accountability
Common Issues Handled
- Unfair grading or exam conduct
- Harassment or discrimination
- Hostel, food, or amenities problems
- Fee disputes or refunds
- Faculty behavior or course-related issues
- Infrastructure complaints (labs, Wi-Fi, classrooms)
How to Use the Grievance Cell

Write a formal complaint letter (Email:
zemsbbsr@gmail.com
or printed) — include your name, roll number, department, issue,
dates, and desired resolution.
- Submit it to the Grievance Cell office or via email.
- Keep a copy and receipt if submitting physically.
- Follow up after 7–15 days if no response is received.
